Does our organization actually qualify?
Most registered nonprofits with a legitimate website qualify. On the strategy call, we'll tell you quickly whether your organization is eligible and what the approval process looks like for your specific situation. If you don't qualify, we'll tell you that too.
How long does it take to get approved?
The process typically takes 2-4 weeks from start to approval. We handle everything — your job is to give us access to the right accounts and information. We do the rest.
What happens if we lose the grant?
We work to make sure that doesn't happen. Google's compliance requirements are strict but manageable when someone is watching the account daily. That's what we do. In the rare case an account gets flagged, we know exactly how to address it and get reinstatement moving quickly.
Can we still run paid Google Ads if we have the grant?
Yes. The grant runs through a separate account from your paid campaigns. Many organizations use both — the grant to cover broad awareness and evergreen campaigns, and paid ads for specific high-priority pushes where they want more control over positioning.
What if we already have the grant but aren't using it well?
