What Happens to an Email List Nobody Writes To
You Built the List. Then Life Got in the Way.
You built an email list, but now it's silent, and people have forgotten you.

New Subscribers Hear Nothing When They Join
New subscribers often feel ignored; engage them immediately to maintain their interest.

The Email Gets Written at 10pm the Night Before
Your team struggles with the weekly email, leading to stress and inconsistent quality.

What Happens to a List That Goes Quiet
Every week without a send, your open rate drops. Your domain reputation slips. The people who once cared about your work stop checking for you.

A Weekly Email System. Handled From Start to Send.

One Broadcast Email Per Week. Written, Designed, and Sent.
One email per week, written by people who know your audience, designed for your brand, scheduled and sent.

A Welcome Sequence That Goes Out Automatically.
When someone subscribes, automated emails welcome them and share your mission, keeping them engaged.

Your Voice. Your Brand. Every Time.
Before we write a word, we study your existing content, your voice, and the way your audience actually talks. The emails sound like you. Not like a template.

You see the full month's email calendar before anything goes out.
Topics, dates, subject lines, the angle on each send. Nothing surprises you. Nothing hits your list without your sign-off.

Copy That Connects, Not Just Fills an Inbox.
Subject lines we've tested for open rates. Body copy written to be read, not skimmed. One clear call to action per email, because two means nobody clicks either.

How we price, what you own, when you'll see results, and how we communicate.
What if we don't have much of a list yet?
A small list is still a list worth showing up for. Consistency is what turns a small audience into a loyal one. We'll also talk through ways to grow your list as part of the onboarding process so the program gets more valuable over time.
How much of our time does this take each month?
One kickoff call to get started and one content calendar review per month. That's it. You approve what goes out. We handle everything else.
What email platforms do you work with?
We work with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel. If you're on something else, let us know and we'll tell you whether we can connect to it.
What if we want to send something outside the regular schedule — an announcement, a campaign, a special send?
Tell us and we work it in. One-off sends, event promotions, and campaign-specific emails can be added. We'll let you know how that fits into the scope of your current plan.
What if we don't like an email before it goes out?
You see every email before it sends. If the tone is off, the topic needs to change, or you want something rewritten, tell us and we fix it before it touches your list. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Who owns the emails and sequences once they're built?
You do. All of it. The copy, the designs, the welcome sequence — everything belongs to your organization. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.
